On March 31, 2023, Ludivine was invited by Professor Michel Goldman to explain the work of 101 Génomes during the " Patient Access to Innovation: Learning from Rare diseases ".

This symposium was organized at the Palais des Académies by theInstitute for Interdisciplinary Innovation in Healthcare (I³h), the Fondation Médicaments et Société and the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management.

Ludivine took the floor in the afternoon on the theme of " Patients as research partners ". She took the opportunity to explain the progress made by 101 Genomes, whose Genomic Cloud is now operational and hosts over 70 Marfan patient genomes, enabling researchers to begin the search for protective genes.

At the end of the day, Ludivine took part in a panel discussion with Professor Guillaume Canaud, Jo De Cock, Mathias Dewatripont and Magda Chlebus on drug accessibility and the drug repurposing for rare diseases.

This panel followed on from the exciting conference " From a single patient to therapeutic innovation for a genetic malformative disorder"Guillaume Canaud explained how he discovered a revolutionary new drug to treat people with Clove syndrome.
